We will always, in the first instance, endeavour to meet with you to discuss your requirements in more detail if possible.  Commercial arrangements, dates and fees can be negotiated at this stage.

Fee levels will be agreed at the time of booking.  For event delivery, this is agreed at a daily rate per consultant, facilitator or role-player plus expenses (where appropriate) plus VAT.

For event design including research and development and all work leading up to the event itself will be sent to you in a detailed proposal and quotation prior to our initial meeting with you to identify your requirements. 

Certain previously delivered events may be available to purchase at an 'off the shelf' price to be agreed at the time of booking.
